Project Hair Grow – Month 7

This is going to be a hair length post mixed with a fashion post because I bought this dress yesterday and it wasn’t in the original “Spring Collection” but I love it and want to show you how nice it is!

Okay, so there’s my hair. Thank you mumsie for taking the picture! Now you see the main problem I have growing my hair out. It’s so darned curly, you can barely tell it’s growing. Well, that and I just had a trim. It needs to stay healthy, you know. Especially as it gets longer.

Prettyish Plaid: Ruffly and Stuff

This dress isĀ  a perfect representation of plaid done right. It’s a gorgeous length, it’s feminine, it has ruffles, a bow, it’s form fitting! Ah! I love it! I’d go to the consignment store where I bought it more often, but that place seems to make my paycheck disappear. ;)

And there’s the Romanesque sandal peeking out from the bottom of the dress. It was kind of chilly today but I HAD to wear my sandals. I’ve been waiting so long!

Who says short people can’t wear floor length dresses!?

And there is my sweet little sister, Pudge Button. That is her new nickname. Mine is Fatty McFatso Face. :)

    1. I have … two? now! I think I have two.

That seems to be the case, but someone told me floor length makes some people look shorter. Maybe it depends on the body type. *shrugs*

      1. Well, if you look at it one way, the longer the skirt, the more of you there seems to be. On the other hand, the shorter the skirt, the more of your legs you see, so . . . you seem more leggy. I guess.

I still think the longer skirt makes more sense, because skirts are more noticeable than legs. In my opinion, at least. Maybe some guys will say otherwise. ;) Well, anyway, skirts are more noticeable in the general, hormone-free glance at a person. Does that make sense?

    1. Haha! :) Yes, that absolutely makes sense. I think I’ll go out and find about a dozen more full length dresses! Oh, I know what it was! It’s the full length skirts that make me look shorter. Maybe it’s the shirts I wear with them, but somehow I end up shrinking.

Yes, well it’s more unusual these days for a girl to hide her legs, so I can see how either way a long dress is more noticeable. But I was at church, so the boys there are mostly brothers and the rest are pretty decent. :)

Isn’t she?? I realize I don’t have a lot of pictures of my siblings on my blog. I feel kind of bad about that. I should take some more of them.
